Application Process
Step 1
Review our rentor screening requirements to see if our property can meet your needs.

Proof of income 3 times yearly rent

Background check with no felonies

No smoking and no pets
Step 2
Contact us to arrange to visit the property in person.
Step 3
Fill out and pay rental application fee (credited to first months rent if lease is signed) and find out within 5 working days if you meet requirements.
Step 4
Sign a lease and pay security deposit of $1000 and first month's rent.
Step 5
Meet with Homeowners Association for orientation and get keys.
Step 6
Move in to your new home!
